In the series of normal temperature filter media, the PP needle punched felt has the lowest temperature resistance, with its reasonable price and excellent hydrolysis resistant, anti-acid, anti-alkali, anti-abrasion, and mainly is applied to the low temperature and high humid conditions. PE felt is most widely applied in the temperature between 130°C and 150°C, as well as its special properties as other needle punched felt, and it also has good anti-abrasion and higher ratio performence&price. Temperature resistance of Acrylic fiber needle punched filter felt is from 140°C to160°C, which has the best property of anti-acid, anti-alkali, hydrolysis resistant. A new needle felt is developed to overcome common PE felt’s shrinkage in long circumstance on the basis of other PE felt temperature of 130°C or up. It’s steady performance temperature is between 150°C and 170°C.
